Not the full picture

Why should I pay the full charge for a licence when
my television picture's not as big as it should be?
Bits missing from the top, the bottom and the sides,
reduce my pleasure, so, please reduce the fee!

When they decided not to charge a new higher licence fee for digital TV reception, all of those still using the old technology started subsidising those on the new. At the same time we receive a lesser product!
