Progress

On aggression and greed the people feed,
caring for self instead of for all.
The sooner we choose to sow better seeds
the further away the death of us all.

When designing for the future
we must learn from the past;
let's avoid the same mistakes,
and above all, do it fast.

We aren't responsible for those gone,
and all the mistakes they made.
Those to come all depend on us;
help them start in the light, not the shade.
